Customized Services
The Personal Finance Employee Education Foundation (PFEEF) works with employers
and financial education service providers to develop customized research studies. We
recognize that employees' financial distress may result in negative workplace outcomes,
including reduced productivity. To increase employee financial wellness, PFEEF
promotes the delivery of workplace financial education. PFEEF can provide research to
measure changes in:
Workplace Outcomes
- absenteeism
- presenteeism (being at work but distracted by financial concerns)
- retirement plan participation and contributions
- requests for pay advances
- use of flexible spending accounts
Employee Outcomes
- financial wellness
- personal financial management behaviors
- job satisfaction
- intention to quit
- work stress
- feeling of control over finances
- intention to change behaviors
- other outcomes of interest to employers
PFEEF also can provide evidence of a return-on-investment (ROI) in workplace
financial education. To discuss customized research or ROI services, contact PFEEF
