Jamie Richter is Research Assistant for the Personal Finance Employee Education Foundation. Jamie received her Master's of Science degree from Northern Illinois University in Applied Family and Child Studies. She has worked on several financial distress research projects under the direction of Dr. Aimee Prawitz, and currently is developing two series of financial education workshops based on the Transtheoretical Model of Behavior Change. She is on staff at Northern Illinois University teaching Family Financial Planning.
